Shipping Policy: OVRCAST

At OVRCAST, we are committed to delivering your fragrance order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle your delivery.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.

5. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OVRCAST is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at ovrcastperfume@gmail.com/+923096999612 as soon as possible after placing your order.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to ensure your perfume reaches you on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions or weather conditions.

  • Customs or local delivery partner delays.

  • Incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives significantly damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt. We will work with the courier to locate your package or initiate a claim.
